Let me introduce myself. My name is Oleg Ilyasov.
I'm the creator of Igrayuchi. I'm also a linguist, a lawyer and a professor of Russian as a foreign language.
I believe there are two types of people: shores and bridges.
First, about shores: politically, they can lean left or lean right.
They can be cool (or not so cool). They can be tall or short, rough or gentle, dangerous or tame — each is unique and unlike the others.
They find themselves on different sides of the table, contradict one another, argue, and fight.
It's difficult to start a conversation with shores, to come to an agreement with them or even find a common language.
Then there are bridges: They unite different shores. They start conversations, negotiate and compromise. They create a common ground for the benefit of others.
Personally, I see myself as the second type. I think it's important to bring people together, especially people from different cultures and backgrounds in a time like ours — so that others can discover Russia, its culture, and way of thinking. And in this way they can, in reply, open their culture to us, Russians.
For this reason, I hope that our project can serve as a bridge between cultures.
What's a good way to achieve this? Through studying Russian!

Меня зовут Олег Илясов, я автор проекта «Играючи», лингвист, преподаватель русского языка как иностранного, юрист.
Людей можно разделить на два типа: люди-берега и люди-мосты.
Первые, люди-берега: правые, левые, крутые и не очень, высокие и низкие, обрывистые, опасные и неопасные, - каждый из них своеобразен, не похож на другой. Они находятся по разные стороны, противостоят друг другу, спорят, конфликтуют. Им трудно встретиться, договориться, найти общий язык.
А есть люди-мосты. Они соединяют разные берега. Они идут навстречу, передают вести, примиряют, приводят к общему знаменателю, служат посредниками.
Лично мне более близок второй тип. Мне кажется очень важным объединять людей, особенно из разных культур, особенно в наше время, чтобы они могли открывать для себя нашу страну, нашу культуру, наш образ мыслей - и открываться сами.
Поэтому я надеюсь, что этот проект послужит одним из таких мостов между культурами. И у нас есть для этого прекрасный повод – уроки русского языка!
