80 euro - if you apply for one or two weeks,
100 euro - if you apply for 3 or 4 weeks.
The registration fee is used to cover the school`s operating costs and is non-refundable .
Tuition fee (does not include the registration fee):
250 euro per week - if you buy 1 week
245 euro per week - if you buy 2 weeks
240 euro per week - if you buy 3 weeks
235 euro per week - if you buy 4 weeks
The above tuition fee includes:
+ lessons of Russian with native-speakers (20 academic hours per week),
+ all material and hand-outs included,
+ extracurricular activities (movies, games, city walks, culinary and painting sessions, etc)
+ transport during one trip out per week (for example, to Lake Issyk-Kul).

Well, two cities (and countries!) are better than just one. This way your experience will be more interesting and you will gain deeper knowledge about the region and the cultures. Although Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan are very close nations, they still differ a lot.
The course will start in Bishkek to last the first two weeks, then we move to Almaty to stay there for the second half of the course. These two parts complement each other.

Yes, they really do, especially in the biggest cities of Bishkek and Almaty. On a street, you can hear many locals speaking perfect Russian between themselves and see street signs duplicated in Russian and Kyrgyz/Kazakh.
Both in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, the Russian language is officially recognised alongside with the national languages, Kyrgyz or Kazakh.
And of course, our program focuses on improving students` speaking skills, we speak only Russian during all the program, including numerous extracurricular activities. So you will have nothing but to speak Russian with us!

In the city center, in modern well-equipped classrooms.
Our students usually live in the same area, not far from the school, because it is the best option as regards city life: you can find lots of shops, banks, cafes, restaurants, park, theatre, museums, galleries, etc.

We will send you our recommended hotel option that gives a discount for our students. However, you can find any other hotel or apartment depending on your preferences and budget. We do not invoice you for accommodation in any case, you pay directly to the hotel. Make sure the hotel you choose is located in the same area with the school.
Yes, you can but you will miss a huge part of the program and one of the 2 countries. We recommend taking at least 2 weeks if you really aim to improve your Russian and to make your experience more efficient. It will take you at least 3 or 4 days to get used to the new situation, new culture, new city, new food, to overcome first culture shock. This is especially the case if you never travelled to Central Asia.

Usually they are A2 and B1 but the level depends on the number of applications we get. If there is no group of your level, we will try to offer you personal tuition.
20 academic hours per week. This includes 2 morning sessions (4 academic hours) per day, 5 days a week. Except the language training itself, the cost of the program includes one trip per week, and extra activities (for example, painting, cooking class, movie nights, board games etc).
Usually students are university students between 20 and 30 years of age. However, the age range is not limited to that group, we had some students in their 60s and 70s.
Our activities are very student-oriented and the personal approach is our credo. We do not have more than 10 students per classroom (usually less), it is a reasonable maximum for language learning to be efficient enough.
We believe that learning should be easy, efficient and fun. And it should be relevant to the location students live and study in. That is why we develop our own material based on the cultural and historical context of Central Asia. Almost in every lesson, this context is interconnected with Russian, European or global culture. You will learn the Russian language through texts about Kyrgyz and Kazakh culture. All materials are provided for free.
We make up groups a couple of weeks prior to the course. We will hold online interviews via Zoom to test your level of speaking skills. Students can be re-groupped on the spot, after they come, if needed.
The registartion fee covers the school`s operational and administrative expenses and is non-refundable in any case.
If a student cancels their participation and withdraws from the course before the start of the program, they will, only if prior written notice of withdrawal is given by the student to us, be entitled to full refund of the tuition fee paid.
There is no refund of the tuition fee if the student decides to leave the course early after the start of the course or fails to attend any or all of the classes/sessions and extracurricular activities.

The cooking class at our school is practical, with real cooking on a kitchen. This is a very informal event, for example, students cook pelmeni (Russian dumplings). It is additional to language lessons, beyond the class time, normally we choose an afternoon when we cook something Russian (borsht, bliny or pelmeni or anything else from Russian food). And, of course, we speak only Russian in the kitchen!
Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan established no-visa regimes with many countries including the EU countries, UK, Switzerland, USA, for visits lasting at least 30 days.
